These terms govern the use of silvermind.cc and set out the general framework for the services provided by Silvermind OÜ. Individual projects are governed by a separate signed agreement, which takes precedence over this page.

By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

03What we do

Silvermind OÜ designs and builds software: mobile applications, web platforms, backend services, and the operational work around them. This website describes those services. Nothing on it is a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for a specific situation.

04Engaging our services

Work begins only after both parties sign a written agreement covering scope, timeline, fees, acceptance criteria, confidentiality and intellectual property. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement governs.

05Intellectual property

The content of this website — text, layout, code, graphics and the Silvermind name and logo — belongs to Silvermind OÜ and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share links to it, and quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site substantially, republish it, or present it as your own.

Ownership of work produced for a client is defined in that client's agreement, and is normally transferred on full payment.

06Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Do not interfere with the availability of the site for others.
• Do not use the site or our contact details to send unsolicited commercial messages.
• Do not use automated tools to harvest content or contact information.

07Third-party links and services

This site may link to services we do not control, and it loads web fonts from Google Fonts. We are not responsible for the content, availability or practices of third parties.

08Availability and accuracy

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the information on it is complete or current. We may change or withdraw any part of the site at any time.

09Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Silvermind OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Liability arising from a client project is governed by the limits set out in that project's agreement.

10Privacy

Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

11Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties are subject to the jurisdiction of Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.

12Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one in force.
